The Percival Guild House

An independent centre for adult education

Want to learn how to speak a different language, draw and paint, or even belly dance? The Percival Guild House offers these classes and many more. Many of the class attendees are people who have had some form of education but are currently unemployed, though classes are open to everyone. Many of the courses are aimed at raising awareness of social care issues and basic personal health, such as yoga and Pilates. All classes are taught by qualified professionals or people recognised as authorities in their specific field. It is only with the help of many volunteers is PGH able to minimise costs and provide so many wonderful classes to the adult community.

The Percival Guild House offers these classes and many more. Started in 1925, the Percival Guild House (PGH) is an independent centre for adult education located in Rugby.  The house is named in honor of former Rugby School headmaster Dr. John Percival. Dr. Percival was a pioneer of adult education, particularly for those whose previous educational opportunities had been limited.
