Visit to Maidstone League of Friends

It was the first time the group had met face to face since Covid, and it was a lovely opportunity for people to reaffirm their friendships.

The AGM included some reflection on the constitution. When asked, David commented that it is always useful for Friends Groups to be mindful of their constitution, particulary as they get going again, post pandemic, and may be doing things slightly differently.  He also commented on how obvious the great partnership working with the hospital and the hospital charity is. It is clear how beneficial it is to the good health of all the organisations, but more importantly to the patients and wider community.
