MODEL CONSTITUTION FOR A

CHARITABLE UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATION

 

1.    NAME

         The name of the Charity is [NAME].

 

2.    OBJECTS

         The Objects are [OBJECTS].

          Examples of charitable objects are:

          1.to assist patients and former patients of the [name of hospital] ('the hospital') generally; and
