Attend AGM 2012
This year we did things a little bit differently in light of the challenging economic times and made the AGM a more low key event than in recent years, taking advantage of the proxy voting system.
We were delighted to be able to host the AGM in our new rooms at the King’s Fund, on December 11th 2012. Our President, Lord Fraser, welcomed everybody to the meeting and steered us through proceedings.
The attached pdf (at the bottom of the page) is a report of the meeting including the speeches and resolutions passed.
